I read something in the latest ww mag that really inspired me. I thought I would put it on here for you guys (hope ww doesn't mind)
"Stop picking and save yourself up to 12.5pts! Yes, all that nibbling at leftovers really ads up. Without even knowing it, you could be eating around an extra two-thirds of your daily intake. Reading this really hit home to me. I don't think it is exagerated and so often we wonder why we didn't have a loss. I am guilty of a few of the above things almost on a daily basis ... especially the cheese one!
Makes me realise how honest we have to be with ourselves, if we really want to get to goal!
Well that's my inspiration for the day... not much else to tell.
