We went out for our walk yesterday. 45mins in total. Lucky the rain held off for us.
Came home and blobbed around the house for the afternoon. Then friends rang us late afternoon to say they would be here in 10mins so I ran around the house to do a quick tidy up. Probably a good thing because it gave me the evening off with the house being all tidy.
I did really well with my exercise and water yesterday but ruined it with my eating. I was supposed to be on a super low points day but that didn't happen. My willpower just gave in, not sure why. Going to have to work on that one for the rest of the week to come in under points for the week. I should be happy with the good things I achieved but instead all I can focus on is my stuff up!!
