Measurements taken

Measurements for today were ...

Week - 58 (6wks since I last took them)
Neck - 33.5cm (down 0.5cm)
Upper Arm - 32cm (down 1cm)
Chest - 99.5cm (down 1cm)
Waist - 80cm (down 4.5cm)
Abdomen - 102cm (down 2.5cm)
Hips - 104cm (down 0.5cm)
Upper Leg - 62cm (down 1cm)
Calf - 39.5cm (down 1cm)
Total cm lost - 137cm (down another 12cms total)

Really happy looking at that result ... Ive noticed my waist has gone down heaps this time and still good to see that my abdomen is again smaller than my hips (my abdomen has always been bigger than my hips)... another 12cms lost in the last 6wks ... yay! I knew in myself I was feeling slimmer. Funny how you just know :)

Had a cool comment put in my guestbook today from a lady that was disappointed with her 300g loss this week. She was about to tear apart the fridge when she checked up on my diary to see I was happy with a 100g loss (a loss is a loss is a loss). That really made my day that something I wrote could help someone else get over a hurdle and carry on ... yay!! Sometimes we just don't know how our actions can effect others (both good and bad)

I have officially gone back to formal tracking ... up until today I have still been doing it mentally but today I set up a wordpad file on the computer to record my actual food and points used. I really hated writing it on paper ... was just an annoying thing to have to do but I spend so much time on here that to do it on the computer seems the obvious way to go.

My leader from ww last night was talking about how we cheat by not writing it down and just doing it mentally. Until then I didn't think of myself as a cheater but then my conscience got the better of me and had to agree with her. So here's to a good day of tracking!! (I'll record my days eating on here under tomorrows entry)
