Day two ontrack

Not much to update about other than the fact that I've been 100% ontrack ... for two days! I'm also trying to cut down on caffiene. I managed to make it to 4pm and have a horrible headache (figuring from the withdrawal) so gave in and had one. Still that's better my norm.

Thankyou all for your lovely comments! And Becks I might take you up on that offer. Just need to get a camera sorted out as mine's gone on the blink. Even if I get my daughter to take one on her phone.

Ohhh one thing I noticed in my post yesterday ... when I said about analysing everyone's blogs as to whether they look or act like their blog, I meant only the people in the room. We didn't sit around analysing EVERYONE'S blog.

Ambo tomorrow and I'm hangin out!!! My last shift was 11 days ago!!!!! If I don't update tomorrow you'll know I was busy, busy, busy!

I gave up trying to give up the coffee years ago.
I figure I don't drink (much) I don't smoke (ever) and everyone needs at least one vice right?
So it was either coffee or chocolate and the coffee is better for my hips.

Pro Hart's (famous aussie artist) wife got me onto Dandelion tea. She went from 40 cups of coffee/day (yes)... to none.

This stuff tastes like, looks like and smells like coffee but is caffeine free. And it is smooooth as silk and 100% natural.

Good on you for staying on track, Im with you on that bandwagon.

Im also glad you will be taking me up on the pic challenge.

When I asked whetehr I was like my blog, it was more in your opinion, I didnt think you all sat around talking bout our blogs. LOL

Have a great evening!

Well done you! I so admire people that can get back on track easily, I struggle big time!

As to coffee - ggggrrrrr, it's one of my own battles i'm dealing with at the moment, you think breaking the habit would be a good thing, not something that you deserve a headache for!

I am just coming over Chis's blog.
I struggle with weight and have ALL of my life...you would think that me being single, something would motivate me....

Nope, guess not.

Glad you are on track and life is getting slimmer!

First of all congrats on being on plan 100% of the time...go Lyn!

Second, I know how hard it can be to "get off the coffee". I am a reformed pot a day drinker. I now have two cups. Don't worry, it will get better, just gradually cut back.

Good for you for being on track! Take it one day at a time - and kick some butt. Take care.
