Damn! Damn! Damn!

Bill bought me a lovely new charm to celebrate my 20kg loss mark ...

In his words it's 'graduating past 20kgs lost' ... graduation cap. I wore it with pride all week. Now I feel like a complete hypocrit because with fluid and my week before TTOM craving sugar, sugar, sugar ... lead to a 1.6kg gain this week ... BUGGER!!!

Not much else to say really... stupid teary hormones have started today too ... Sometimes it sucks being a woman!!!

That is a appropriate charm indeed.

I hope you have fully recovered from your shift last night. DON'T eat too much of that sugar, but don't worry too much about the gain ... it sounds like water retention more than fat and will be gone with TTOM.

I have to say I'm really inspired by your making 20kgs loss. That is no small feat and you have done it in spite of a very full and demanding life and many challenges.

I feel as though I f around too much and seeing you moving forward reminds me to get moving too.

As you said yourself the gain is a result of TTOM - next week will be a different story! If you were to reach goal weight last week and then this happened you wouldn't consider that you didn't reach goal weight would you? It's merely a slight setback, those scales will be back over 20kgs next week and you damn well deserve to continue to wear that charm with pride - you've earnt it!

OMG! Look at your photos, what an amazing change. You are looking great. Congrats on losing 20kg and don't let a little gain deter you.

You will soon lose that - just one bad week but look at the good year you've had!!

Snap - that was the last charm I bought for my Pandora. Graduated with a Certificate of management a few years ago and didn't celebrate at the time - so got the charm instead.

You know you can turn that around chick. You know you can do it fast too so don't let it get to you. Blow your nose, wipe your eyes and get back on track.

Hormones have a lot to answer for I tell ya.

Oh my god!!!!
You are back!!!!

Tee-he. Ok...obviously you have been back a while but I just found you again via Kim's journal.

I'm so thrilled to see you blogging again :) Since you stopped your last site following your marriage breakup I often wondered about you. I even visited your link every couple months to see if you'd come back :)

I know that it must be hard to start all over again but look how far you've already come! 20kg down again!!! Woo-hoo!

I'm a bit similar...I had lost about 30kg with 14kg still to go when I fell pregnant (naturally - a miracle thanks to the weight loss) with my 2nd son who's now 14months old. I gained 27kg during the pregnancy (!!!!!) and now I'm back to having lost about 21kg in total.

I understand the want to be back to where we were but every day we get a little closer :)

I've just finished reading your story of what's happened in between. Phew.....*hugs* What a ride you've been on. Thanks for sharing such a personal story.
One question: so how's Bill's drinking now?

In any case I'm just so happy yu are back!
You go girl :)

Cheers P

You aren't a hypacrite at all! It's a journey don't forget, a journey with hills. Next week'll probably be a flat bit again :o)

Hey. I just wanted to leave a note for you. Thank you so much for wanting to keep an eye on me even though I decided to go private with my blog - I was very surprised to see the response that I got from this announcement - but it just means so much more to know who is reading me - and I will return the favor for sure. I do need to recommit myself to my blog and to this weight loss journey - and am so happy to have you reading. Take care!!

Hugs from SK CANADA! Christine
